Liz Lermon's critical response process further promotes a common vocabulary among different disciplines. Discussions during the CR sessions focused on evocations of the works, insertions of personal narrative, how non-verbal language expanded meaning within disciplines, and where works exited essentialized discipline definitions. It became possible to speak across boundaries or to break down those barriers altogether.
